How is my investment secured?

As a partner in the same property, following its sale, you not only recoup your initial investment but also receive a portion of the generated profits.

Do I have the possibility to obtain an investor visa in the United States with this type of investment?

Our business model is structured for the sale, purchase, and management of properties and is applicable for obtaining an investor VISA in the United States.

How much do I need to invest? 

Innovax Capital offers investment opportunities starting from a minimum of USD 50,000.

Do I need the full value of the project to make the investment?

No, our projects are always leveraged by banks that finance a large part of the project, generating higher returns with lower investment.

What happens to my investment if the real estate market crashes?

Innovax Capital concentrates on acquiring properties consistently priced below the market value. This deliberate approach provides a substantial buffer against potential losses in the event of a real estate downturn.

Do I have to be a U.S. citizen or resident to make the investment?

No, the only requirement is that the funds come from legal capital.

What is the return on my investment?

Each project is different; therefore, the investment and profitability are structured according to the property to be intervened, however, our returns range between 20% and 40% per year on the invested capital.

What type of properties do we buy?

We buy properties that are below market value and have great potential, usually distressed properties such as properties in disrepair, foreclosures, tax defaults, bank-owned properties, violations, divorce proceedings, bad tenants, etc. in order to have a high return in a short time.
